Mina can edit the video, and Leo can too 中,第二个 can 后面省略了什么?

省略了 edit the video。

Who revised the conclusion?

Maya.

Maya revised the conclusion.

再看:

Maya has revised the conclusion, but Omar hasn't.

Maya can attend, but Omar can't [attend].

I prefer the blue pen to the red one.

Maya revised the conclusion, and Omar did so too.

Open the door.

The coach made us repeat the exercise.

Because the deadline changed.

  • Who called? — Maya.
  • When does the class begin? — At nine.
  • Which file do you need? — The latest one.
  • Why did they leave? — Because the office was closing.

Because the office was closing.

4.1 be

Maya is preparing the room, and Omar is too.

省略:preparing the room

4.2 have

Maya has finished, but Omar hasn't.

Maya can attend, but Omar can't.

省略:attend

4.4 do 支撑

Maya likes the course, and Omar does too.

does 承担一般现在时和第三人称单数,省略 like the course。

Would you like to join us?

Yes, I'd like to.

to 后省略 join us。

  • She promised to help, but she didn't want to.
  • You may leave early if you need to.

The room is quieter than it used to be.

Maya opened the file and checked the figures.

She plans to revise the draft and submit it tonight.

Maya has finished the first task, and Omar the second.

Omar has finished the second task.

The news made Maya relieved and Omar anxious.

Maya attended the workshop, and Omar too.

Maya attended the workshop, and Omar did too.

Someone changed the schedule, but I don't know who.

who 后省略:changed the schedule

The meeting was moved, but no one knows why.

why 后省略:the meeting was moved

  • When ready, press Submit.
  • If necessary, contact the office.
  • Although disappointed, Maya remained calm.
  • When using this feature, check the file name.

When using this feature, the file name should be checked.

When using this feature, you should check the file name.

或:

When this feature is used, the file name should be checked.

if possible, when necessary

Maya reads more carefully than Omar does.

Maya is taller than Omar is.

  • Maya is taller than Omar.
Maya is taller than Omar is.

Maya likes the course more than Omar.

  1. Maya 比 Omar 更喜欢这门课:... more than Omar does.
Omar:... more than she likes Omar.

You are smarter than I am.

自然恢复到 than I am 即可,不需要写成 than I am smart。

The article (that) we discussed was useful.

The article that explains the rule is useful.

错误:The article explains the rule is useful.

I think (that) the answer is correct.

That the data was missing was obvious.

It was obvious that the data was missing.

  • last Friday
  • this morning
  • go home
  • be elected chair
  • be busy preparing

Some students chose the printed guide, others the online version, but I don't know why.

  • Some students + the printed guide
  • others + the online version

others chose the online version

why [they made those choices]

  • 系动词 be。

My teacher very patient.

正确:My teacher is very patient.

15. 自检题

  11. 判断是否应保留 that:The editor said the report the team submitted was incomplete.
  12. 改错:The final section very difficult.
  1. Omar can't attend.
The class will begin at nine.
  5. to,省略 join you 或 join us,按对话视角恢复。
  6. Maya ordered tea, and Omar ordered coffee.
  7. ... I don't know who called.
  8. When reading the report, we found several errors. 或 When the report was read, several errors were found.
  9. 按原意写 ... more than Omar does 或 ... more than she likes Omar。
  11. 建议保留第一个 that:The editor said that the report the team submitted was incomplete.
  12. The final section was very difficult.
